Review on πŸ›οΈ Linteum Textile Hospital Thermal Blanket: 100% Cotton, Breathable Open-Cell Weave Design - White Twin (2.5 lb) by Susan Vaughn

Almost a favourite. for quilts

Too many "Irish pennants" (long ends of sewing thread that need to be knotted and trimmed) to give the impression of sloppy or hasty workmanship, but the stitching sure does Edges are straight and even, and the body of the blanket is evenly woven. The wide edges are a nice feature, and the matching center band makes it easy to align the duvet evenly on the bed. It has the same softness as heavily used hospital blankets, but the new surface feels fairly smooth and will likely soften even further after a few washes. The open weave allows for pretty good temperature regulation underneath; The 75 degree Fahrenheit room was neither too hot nor too cold for most of the night (early mornings when the room cooled, covering the top with a small thermal towel kept in more heat). Conforms to the shape of the body in flexible folds, light enough to easily move under and stays at the foot of the bed. It's nice to have a hospital bed size blanket and not settle for other standard bed sizes. or small blankets. The pleasant shade of blue of the chicory blossom also looks good in an eclectic interior. I would buy this product again - maybe white just to be different.
