Put on all 13 in under two hours. Did not need any special tools nor a vise. Just a sharp blade to slit the old grips and a paint tray to catch drips as I oiled the grips and taped shaft.Came with good instructions; helpful if you are new to doing this.Grip tape is different from what I have used in the past: more a gauze (once protective paper removed) than a tape. When taped shaft is thoroughly oiled, grips slipped right on over it. Don’t know how easy gauze will be to remove once time comes to again regrip. On the range, loved the tacky feel of the new grips And also thought that I should have regrouped sooner. Did not realize how bad I had let my old grips get.Size was a good fit for my somewhat larger-than-average hands.
