This coat hanger is made of metal, possibly aluminium, with a nice dark finish. Easy to assemble and wall mount. It comes in three pieces and you can install two of them or all three for a taller rack. A separate assembly of the three parts is not possible due to the mounting brackets on the two parts. The ends of the three sections fit together, mounting screws and dowels are included. A mechanically skilled person can install the three sections separately, but this requires drilling a few holes in one or more sections. I bought two of these and installed them in the front and back of the house. They are well done and finished. The color is very dark brown, almost black. I like the wall mount option as they don't take up floor space.
