Practice studio has the best customer service. This is the best platform in the EMR field to meet deadlines and to track my patients. We have been able to track, and meet our timelines. At times it can get bogged down, but the customer service team is always available to help. No other software has been able to keep up with the demand of scheduling patients for my clinic. I highly recommend Practice Studio for their customer service and meeting our deadlines. Tracking and tracking of patient appointments and data. I love how easy it was to set up. There are so many different options for the app itself. It has everything you need in one place. The only thing I disliked was the fact that they do not have an option for a paperless process. We use this as our practice billing system. All of the patient information is stored locally in the cloud, which makes it very secure.
