It allows for multiple patient types in one record with different levels of access/permissions depending upon their assigned role within your practice or clinic organization structure. I don't like having to manually log time into my day by entering it each morning; this feature would be much more efficient if they implemented an auto-logging program (like some other EMR systems do). Simple to use system and easy to customize. I love how this program can be used in multiple ways to suit our needs! It does not have the ability for all of my different specialties to be able to bill the same patient. So for example, when I am coding a new patient, I have to select from a specific specialty code or add it manually if I want it to bill with mine. Practice studio has the best customer service. This is the best platform in the EMR field to meet deadlines and to track my patients. We have been able to track, and meet our timelines. It's easy to use for new users who have no experience with EMRs or practice administration; it has excellent customer support if you need help quickly (I've had several questions answered within minutes); I haven't seen anything in particular about this product - everything works as advertised!
