I was initially surprised at just how light each one of the little bags of clay was. However, once my son and I each picked some colors that we liked and started actually working with the clay it was great. Very easy to work with. The clay is very soft and is easily molded, torn and reshaped. My son wanted to make the characters from Among Us (permanently dating this review to the autumn 2020) and a Baby Yoda. He is nine and as almost no experience with any kind of sculpting and was easily able to make what he wanted. The colors are bring and fun. My only caveat is that this is a different medium than traditional clay in that it has a foam-like consistancy. When you make indentations they will slowly bounce back. For example, when I made a face on my figure, the eyes and the mouth would 'rebound' and I would be back to a smoot face. I don't think this is a problem with the product but just a function of the medium. If you are looking for something bright, easy and fun then this is great. If you are looking for traditional clay then you will find that this is a different medium.
