This product has already become a lifesaver for me! I bought my MarCELL in December with enough SPucks to cover every bathroom and my laundry room. My home is in New Hampshire, so worrying about my stove going out and pipes freezing is a major concern. I work in the Navy and I've been away for months. Although I check the house every week, when things go wrong, it happens quickly. I connected to my computer to check my email (from the mid-pacific) and received low temperature alerts from Marcell at home. I also received an email from my oil company saying they replaced a clogged nozzle in my boiler and reset the system. And finally an email from my mum to let me know she went to check and everything has been restored and the house is back to 60F like I had set a month ago before I went to work (I got mine Notifications and calls set up for 55 F). Marcel). Needless to say, anyone who needed to be notified was notified, and when I woke up and checked my email it was all taken care of! I logged into sensoredlife.com and saw a slow drop in temperature, warnings were issued and the temperature stabilized again at 60F. The device only updates the website every 8 hours (3 times a day), but it will update immediately when the alarm threshold is reached. I also bought a few additional one-time upgrades to keep a close eye on the resurgence in temperature. It was only $2 for 8 updates (basically $0.25 per message x 8 updates, AT&T charges Sensoredlife for updates outside of my subscription). Before I left I also tested SPucks and immediately updated everyone on their website and issued their alerts on where water was found. However, one of my devices didn't register and after half an hour I got an email from the company and everything was taken care of. I have to say, on the other side of the world, this system gives me peace of mind and I genuinely trust it! A total of $300 for my MarCELL and SPuck and $150 for a weekend service call is a lot less money and hassle than dealing with your insurance company for water damage. So basically it has already paid off and I will feel comfortable knowing that my home is being monitored whenever I'm on a ship or leaving my house for the weekend on vacation. Great product, highly recommend! (And yes, I wrote this review from my ship too, haha. Greetings from the Western Pacific!)
