I don't have to pay my landlord $50!
This is real salvation! My partner and I have our own cars but only have a gate key to enter/exit the complex. My landlord wanted a receipt for $50 so we could get a second gate key. So instead I searched for Revain and stumbled upon it! It's exactly the same one we already have, we just had to program it with the same code.
