Expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

Great screen. All the same good and familiar interface from the 6th series, many icons have been redrawn, as well as blocks with data and statistics. Disabling monitoring of hydration in the blood and breathing during sleep significantly makes battery life. Need more autonomy? Then turn off “always on display”. I took it to replace the 6th generation, which worked and works no worse, so there is no point in switching from 6 to 7. When working with a bracelet, it is better to use "Zepp Life" and not "Mi Fitness". If you want cross-platform, I recommend installing Google Fit, which, in my opinion, is the best data visualization and display of metrics for training, sleep, and so on (available for iOS and Android).

Pros

Holds a charge for a long time. The charger is suitable from the 6th generation. Light weight, not felt on the hand. The interface is similar to the previous generation.

Cons

Few informative watch-faces. A small part of the watch-faces can be configured (in the total mass for a C grade). Very often "freezes", slows down the interface. Often when training on the street, in particular "Walking", it loses contact with the phone and, as a result, does not write a track. When changing or setting up the watch-face, it sometimes goes into a reboot.

Got pros: Convenient, clear and simple. Classic MI Band, only more possibilities. Different cons: Adaptation and activation are a little inconvenient, but these are solvable trifles.
