Quickly removed the harmonic balancer on a '99 Dodge Neon
Quickly removed the harmonic balancer on a '99 Dodge Neon. Room temperature, but even when it was hot I needed a percussion gun to move it. Lubricate threads with bearing grease to extend thread life; They wear a lot and I think I'll have to replace this after a dozen uses. To reattach the pulley, heat it with a MAP gas torch for about 5 minutes and it slides right onto the cold crankshaft.
