Although the advertised performance is not very important, especially with a car like my Jeep, the increase in inductive noise is pleasant, and too know what can clean the filter and that it will last as long as the car is a great pro. Installation is easy, I'll leave it at that. The engine compartment is also cleaned well. There's a slight howl from the intake at low throttle, and as far as I can tell it's not from a leak. Overall very happy with the performance and looks. I caution anyone looking to buy this and planning on going off-road regularly with K&N air intakes in their car. Getting more air usually requires a slightly larger passage in the filter media, which allows dust to pass through the filter despite the presence of oil in the filter, which can clog in heavily polluted/dusty environments. This is first hand advice from someone who has worked with numerous SUVs.
