Review on 🦎 Enhance Reptile Comfort and Welfare with Zoo Med Repticare Rock Heaters, Standard by Monica Williams

When I opened the box the packaging was damp. It was so well received that I could smell mold even before I opened the box. When I removed the plastic wrap from the item, the box just fell apart because it was so wet. The product itself was also wet, and the cord and packaging were covered in black mold. See photos of mold on packaging. I tried rubbing the stone with a rag hoping it was still usable and the red/terracotta paint would peel off. There was also a broken piece in the corner of the stone, exposing the edge of a black heating pad inside the stone. It just baffles me that someone would mail this item knowing it smelled so bad of mold and was wet. If I get sick, there are more problems than just a bad review.
