In case we are having more than 1 person working together then sharing data becomes difficult but still there's no option available like that too. So overall its pretty simple yet easy to use application if used properly and trained well enough could be helpful in some cases. If you have limited access to internet while using mobile network so better go with desktop version since they offer all features including video call capability through their website itself.
