Review on Unity Communications by Michael Keitt
This review is based on my own experience and opinion.
I'm not sure why this was given 4 stars. Its a terrible experience. The customer service reps are poorly trained and unable to answer any technical questions you may have. If you need a website built this company should be avoided at all costs. I'm sorry to say that I am still paying for services rendered 2 months ago. I had to call their customer service team twice before they gave me the correct information to contact a developer for support. The first time they said the developer didn't exist, and that they could not find his number. Then later they tried to tell me the developer would be back online tomorrow. Needless to say, I won't be contacting him tomorrow.
Pros
- It have all of the functionality of other analytics tools, it is simple to use and has a lot of power.
- Has a lot of different options for creating models and running reports
- Easy way to upload data from excel.
Cons
- Customer service reps do not know what they are doing.
- Customer service reps don't know how to troubleshoot problems or provide technical help.
- Only option is to create an account through paypal which is bad.
