This tool allows you to keep track of your projects and their status.

Libby has a deep understanding of the tech industry and a wide knowledge base that she uses to communicate effectively with her clients. She brings new perspective and creativity to the table and always puts the business first. I would recommend her to any brand looking to expand its reach online. As a freelancer, my biggest challenge was keeping track of where all the work went so it didn't get lost or forgotten (or worse).   • It makes tracking time easy, and you don't need to waste hours logging in to different websites.
  • You're able to add photos and notes to every project you do, making it a very organized way to keep track of things.
Cons
  • The initial setup may be confusing, but once you've gotten past that, you will enjoy having all your clients under one roof.
  • If you don't use a personal email address for your clients, you won't be able to keep track of all of them.
  • There aren't many templates available at the moment, so you'll have to create your own.

This review is based on my own experience and opinion.

I'm not sure why this was given 4 stars. Its a terrible experience. The customer service reps are poorly trained and unable to answer any technical questions you may have. If you need a website built this company should be avoided at all costs. I'm sorry to say that I am still paying for services rendered 2 months ago. I had to call their customer service team twice before they gave me the correct information to contact a developer for support. The first time they said the developer didn't…

  • It have all of the functionality of other analytics tools, it is simple to use and has a lot of power.
  • Has a lot of different options for creating models and running reports
  • Easy way to upload data from excel.
Cons
  • Customer service reps do not know what they are doing.
  • Customer service reps don't know how to troubleshoot problems or provide technical help.
  • Only option is to create an account through paypal which is bad.
