Review on ForensicCloud by Dean Love

We benefit from the fact that forensic cloud is part of our enterprise and we have direct support for the product. They provide best practices to understand the tool. I think it would be great if they could share more about their process and how they evaluate new features. For example, I don't like that they don't provide guidance on what to do when you receive a report with 100s of files. Also, sometimes the GUI does not show all the fields you need to fill out so I end up having to go back to the console. It's very helpful when dealing with large amounts of data. We use it to get a sense of our user base and who is using what devices.
