Review on 600W‑800W Windshield Defroster Heating Defrost by Josh Hamler

Tin body, gets hot quickly, solid switches, mounting clamps. I docked 1 star because it's not 600/800w. This is a 200/400W heater. See measurement photos. Voltage X Amps = W. I will still be using it because at the time of purchase it is the most powerful 12 volt heater on the market. Update: I bought two of these heaters, the second was much hotter and had a heavier nichrome wire. But it's really too hot. So I swapped out the two more powerful coils from heater #2 for two lighter coils from heater #1, so I now have two 12V 225/450W heaters!
