I like that it shows you exactly what each guest is saying about every aspect of their stay! It makes me feel so much more comfortable knowing my guests are satisfied with everything from our check in process all the way through checkout! There really isn't anything bad i can say about this software other than its not yet available for Mac OS!! If they ever do release an app or service dedicated exclusively towards mac users we will be using them immediately because there's no doubt in mind that once released these guys would blow everyone else out of water.

Great product if used correctly - make sure you have people who understand how social media works involved when implementing such tools into business (especially one as large/complex as yours). We needed something easy enough for staff members without any experience managing online customer feedback but also provided us with detailed reports showing which areas need improvement.
