2010 for conductors. So physically fit technically yes. But the original chip had three holes with a pin on the mount for it. This chip only had two holes so I had to cut out a post. The jury is still out, had a few issues and sometimes when I leave the car in neutral and come back the silonoid clicks on its own so I don't know if it will last. I'll order it from Ford
