If I could give ZERO stars I would because this POS doesn't cost a dime (not to mention the $73.00 I paid for it) Here's a summary of what I got wrong found* BUGS AND COMPLICATED setup* The user guide shows ONLY ANDROID & NINTENDO SWITCH setup configuration (NOT XBOX OR PS4)* The jacks are NOT connected to the microphone element (which in itself is a JOKE as it's more like a REGULAR Bluetooth device looks like a real microphone element you would expect from a headset)* TOO MANY CABLES (The controller setup requires ONLY ONE cable to connect the headset to the controller, NOT FOUR cables,
