I have a smaller head so I need tighter bands especially when I work out. These bands are medium in size, but the handle slips off my hair/head sooner or later. They are attractive, but a firm grip is desirable. I use them to keep fly away hairs while running and exercising and as soon as I start moving the tape slips off and I keep having to replace them on my hair after they slip off. Save the extra money and buy the good ol' goody brand as they are snug and won't slip off until you wear them down.
