Pros: This is a very sturdy organizer and the expandable parts won't slide out every time you close the drawer. This thing is big. More than you think. As you can see from fifty billion downloads of practically the same image, there are many divisions, and they are deeper than I thought. As I have room for 8 I was concerned that some of the equipment would overhang their allotted space but that wasn't a problem. As you can see from my photo, I haven't even filled all the compartments yet. The Bad: I have to put something stickier underneath because even though I already have a rubber liner for the drawer, the tray slides back when I close it. The worst: It. smells. Poorly. Like, really bad. I left the box open for a few days hoping it would weather and help a little, but it will still weather and give you the sniffles when you open the box. I ended up sprinkling baking soda all over the inside of the drawer and putting the organizer back, but it didn't really do anything. But I have to say that it has gotten much better and I can hardly feel anything anymore. I like it so much, even with the smell, that I'm considering getting another one in the same box next to it.
