Good customer service
As in the Robert and John reviews before me I had the same problems with the solenoid I bought. I was very disappointed. However, after speaking to a sales rep, he offered to send me a replacement without sending in the defective solenoid. The second Solenoid 6B arrived exactly three days later. To my surprise, this solenoid worked well both when cranking and turning off the ignition. My first solenoid would get a one star rating simply because there is no way to give a zero star rating. My second magnet would have earned five stars. I am giving this product 3 stars because of the good customer service.
