I must be getting old because I gave this to my granddaughter for her birthday, although I think she is too young. Needless to say, I wasn't the only one who got her makeover. Now she has a lot of makeup. The pigment is good and there are so many colors. Someone also gave her a limited edition Bratz palette and I can honestly say the pigment is better, it's just that the Bratz were better packaged. Glitter palettes are her favorite. The way the box unfolds is easy to open/close, it's 10 years old and there are no problems with it. The mirror is just right for someone her age/size. But it's too small for an adult. The pink colors in this one were the only colors that weren't very bright, she has 2 other palettes called Candyland and Ice Cream that had similar colors and only took 1 swipe to cover, this pink takes 3 to achieve the same color . But all other colors were good. In any case, I think this is a great starter kit for those who are into makeup. The price is great and they have a huge selection. The packaging was also excellent. My daughter and I ordered expensive pallets that didn't have this level of protection and protection. Everything arrived perfect. Recommend.
