Disappointing Amino Acid Supplement

This product DIDN'T work for me. It didn`t give me any noticeable health or fitness benefits after taking it for a month. A pro is that it's easy to mix but the con is that it left a bad aftertaste .There are better options available in the Health and Household category..

Easy to mix and add to drinks or smoothies.

Cons

Can lead to overconsumption of protein if not used in moderation.
