It's impossible to play ANY CD-R/CD-RW without endless skipping. I tried to put the player on a flat service, very still, holding the player in my hand. Absolutely nothing prevented the player from constantly absent. Slightly better with a store-bought CD, but still too many jumps to listen to. It's not worth sending back, but it's junk. I think you get what you pay for. The included earbuds are worth using as a backup and the seller shipped them quickly so I give 2 stars. Otherwise it would be zero stars. EDIT: Almost immediately after I sent my review to the seller, he contacted me and offered a refund without having to return the item. Excellent customer service from this seller. I wish the product had no issues because it's a great no frills player at an unbeatable price. So 5 stars to the seller.
