Update: Amico contacted me and I provided a picture of the cans. I was inserting the springs into the slots and not using the clips within the can (circled in red).Like two other reviews I am completely dissatisfied with the springs used to hold the lights in the can, they are way too weak to support the weight of the lights.I have 6" cans and the lights would not fit flush to the ceiling. Most if the ones I first tried hung about 1.5" from the ceiling. So, what I had to do was take the springs from the old baffles and place them in the lights and them attache the springs to the cans, like the old baffles.The lights themselves are nice, the 3 color temperatures are nice. The lights were much brighter than our old 65 watt led floods. My wife even noticed the difference.But, if the lights do not stay in the housing (cans) then they are practically useless. If you don't want to modify them like I did, which takes longer to install, and your cans are 6" (maybe the 5" work better), you may not want these. I had purchased a different brand once at Ollie's discount store and they stayed in the cans just fine.
