I AM A REAL BUYER WITH REAL PAIN. i love the design After trying a lot for my CMC joint it is less restrictive and I can use any type of gloves. I wore it for 8 hours the first day. No pain. Only disturbing in one place, not sure if it's due to size (it doesn't stop me, the best for now). Too bad it comes with 2 extra straps and leather protection. Also a better description of the physical dimensions (see photo) **** ADVANTAGES: The skin is not pinched between the index finger and thumb. I can wear to work. I'm 59 years old, I'm a builder/craftsman. Supplied with additional Velcro and skin protection if required. It is waterproof and washable. **** CONS: The price I find a bit high for the materials used. But much lower than the only other one I found. ***** after 9 days of use. I come back. Parts started falling apart. Not good. Do not buy
