I'd like to give a higher rating because it's a reliable, quiet fan at a reasonable price. However, the product that arrives only has 3020 cfm of airflow and NOT the 5070 that the web description lists. The box is proof of that. VERY disappointing as CFM was a key factor in my choice. If I hadn't ordered two of these and removed the old fan I might have just sent them back. They are ok but when I have to run them at high speed the air moving noise gets loud. (They're flush-fitted. The motor is still quiet, which would definitely be a deal breaker.) I was really looking forward to seeing a five-star fan, but I can only give it a three for misinformation. and less airflow.
