Why are the instructions unclear? Why is it so hard to get together? I'm not a very practical person but I have all the tools to install it and the fact that I can follow the instructions fairly well however the instructions hardly tell you what to do and don't say what to do the extension cord at all. If I hadn't looked at the picture and spent an hour on YouTube trying to figure out how to install it, I would have known where it is plugged in. I did all this just to connect each part so the 3-way diverter doesn't stay connected to the main pipe! I read a review where you had to tighten the lead piece inside and I did and it's still too loose when everything is plugged in, so what? I was able to plug in everything I said about the instructions but when I used the new diverter my shower was amazing! The water pressure is still strong, even with the new changeover. I love the wearable and I love that it has multiple pressure settings {*winks*winks*} so I'll change my rating to 4 stars, you'll lose 1 star for the instructions and switch but overall I like my new shower head!
