Was a little skeptical at first but installation was very easy and the product doesn't make a mess on the toilet. We can easily close our lid. When you try this for the first time, you'll shoot out of the toilet faster than a speeding bullet, and you may have to repaint the wall in front of the toilet due to the powerful and precise flow of water. And be careful, the water is COLD! However, this intense flow is a good thing. It takes some getting used to once you get the hang of it, but once you gain experience and are ready for the cold flow, the toilet paper crisis will never be an issue again. We have 5 toilets in the house and from now on I will only use the one with the bidet. This particular bidet has a spray nozzle for female areas, unfortunately I can't help with locating this and cleaning the back. Additionally, women have the option of using both jets at the same time if they want to be adventurous. It is very easy to use with just one touch. I highly recommend testing by spraying a large bowl or something that directs water back down the toilet to get a feel for the intense flush before attempting it first without realizing it. I speak from experience, trust me there. This bidet is cheap enough to try and see if you like it. Just remember that bidet love WILL NOT HAPPEN when you try it for the first time, and maybe not a few times, but when it does, you will come out of the toilet so fresh and so clean. It's worth a try. . The part that connects to the wall is metal and comes with all the parts you need to get the job done.
