The plastic on the connector is broken but works
The connector that goes up the body of the truck had an area where the plastic was broken (see image). I had to install it the same day to pick up the trailer so we went ahead and installed it. It works but I'm concerned about the durability of the connection as the plastic has broken. I contacted the manufacturer on Tuesday (4 days ago) and received no response. It was pretty easy to install. The hardest part was breaking the existing connection just because it was hard to reach. Disappointed we received a defective plug, glad it still works, would have given a higher rating if the manufacturer had at least responded to my message.
