I disliked not being able to use the product at all due to malfunction. I opened a brand new box to use for the first time & found the Gel Base difficult to open. After soaking it in hot water for 3 minutes (recommended by the manufacturer), the top of the bottle came off completely. Then I tried to remove the brush & holder but the brush came off the holder completely. Apparently the entire bottle of Gel Base was dried hard & could not be used at all. This purchase was a big fail. This manufacturer needs to inspect their products for viability. The gel should not be dried solid when brand new. This makes me wonder if they rotate their stock appropriately.
