Review on ๐Ÿšฐ Moen 87233SRS Adler Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet: Power Clean, Spot Resist Stainless Steel Magnificence by Billy Ivy

Looks good but doesn't work well

It has a clean design but the spray function is not user friendly and the faucet is very difficult to attach so it doesn't come loose over time. The water jets in sprinkler mode are close together so they only cover a small area and are at very high pressure so the water flows all around the sink. In addition, the mixer is fixed with a threaded pipe from below. The pipe is screwed into the body of the faucet above the sink from one end, and the other end allows you to tighten the nut under the sink and close the faucet tightly. But with use, the nut loosens and the faucet wobbles. When I applied thread lock (blue) to the nut, the faucet body on the other end of the pipe came loose and the faucet started wobbling again. It gets one star for looks, but a poorly designed feature and setup. The system means we'll be looking for something else in just a few months.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product
