Honestly, I do not know what to think of this product. I first ordered 12 Mervs and then decided on a set of 10 Mervs due to concerns about airflow limitation with higher filtration. Both arrived at the same time. 12 Merv filters were supplied in a clearly labeled NP box. Came in an unidentified box, nothing to worry about. However, the labels on the filters don't even look like they're from the same company and the quality of these filters is significantly worse. The filter material on them is a kind of fluffy felt, the folds are deformed and they just feel cheap unlike the 12 Mervs I got which are more like the Filtrete filters I've used. I just find it odd that filters from the same brand can look and feel so different when the only difference between them should be the 2 Merv filtering. I would like Nordic Pure to print their logo on the filters so I at least feel like this is what I ordered.
