The customer service is second to none! I have never had an issue or question that they could not answer in real time for me over email/phone call. We use their services as part of our recruitment processes - it's always been seamless. They are also very good about keeping us up to date via regular emails so we know what they're doing when there aren't any calls / meetings etc going on. It would be great if they offered more training options (such as webinars) but this isn't something which really bothers them. Their reporting tool has saved hours upon hours per month by allowing HR Managers & Recruiters alike access into data previously only available to those who knew how to navigate Excel files themselves.
