Review on πŸ“€ Sony RDR-GX330 Single Tray DVD Recorder: Streamline Your Media Experience in Sleek Silver by Andrew Amzallag

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Better than I expected

If you're experienced at burning DVDs on your computer, this should be easy. I've read the previous reviews and I definitely understand any frustration with the electronics. The reason this DVD player does not "PAUSE" while recording is because you need to click "Stop Recording" in order for it to burn what you have written on the disc. Once you click "Record" again, the recording will resume from where you left off, unless it's a rewritable disc. If you buy DVD-RW discs, you can use the disc keep reformatting to use them. This DVD is a BIG machine when you know what you're doing. If not, there is always a son, nephew, grandson who can help. If they like to sit at the computer, they can help you with that. My husband and I work and play a lot on our computers, so we have enough experience to enjoy this recorder. It's actually a lot easier to use than I thought. Not to mention that you can skip chapters and view the show's title simply by pressing "Display" on the remote control. I hope this review helps. Enjoy it!
