It's easy to set up, it has an excellent dashboard for visualizing data (even when you're not working with your account manager).
Their support team can get back quickly if something goes wrong in between their software or our internal processes - but they do need some training! If we were looking at creating more visibility into what was actually happening within each of my teams I would highly recommend this tool over other similar systems out there as well because its really intuitive once setup properly. We have been able streamline many different aspects inside one centralized system rather than having several spreadsheets/email threads etc which made things easier internally too.
