It comes in a very convenient carrying case and is compact enough not to be heavy when traveling. You can use many connectors (HDMI, MicroSD and USB tested) and all work well. Image quality is fairly clear but varies with distance and can be adjusted via color settings. I find cool color settings to be most ideal, but they can vary from person to person. Most videos can be played relatively well via microSD. The speakers are also good enough for their size, nothing to brighten up a room but serviceable if you don't have external audio. I haven't tried connecting the phone to Wi-Fi, so I can't comment on that. There are a few quirks although I've never owned a projector so it could be subjective. The first small issue I noticed is that it's relatively noisy when in use, most likely due to the fan/vent running, and tends to get hot, although nothing major. The second issue is that there is a slight input lag for gaming with HDMI, although this is fairly minimal and doesn't affect performance much. 3rd edition contains video; Most MP4 formats play fine, but there are a few where audio doesn't work (especially dramas). It should also be noted that the remote control is not of the best quality, is quite light and is made entirely of plastic. I'm only deducting 0.5 stars for this because I'm not entirely sure if it's ok. Overall I am very happy with the purchase, especially as this is my first projector. At the moment I'm mainly using it on the roof, but at some point I'll get a projector screen for it. I definitely see myself bringing this for camping and backyard activities! Definitely give it a try if you're on the verge of buying.
