I've been wearing these in my Monroe for a few weeks now and they fit well. I didn't like the acrylic post; it was very uncomfortable on the inside of my lip and started to irritate the outside of my lip. Also, the ball on the acrylic stand completely crumbled in my fingers when I took it out, so I switched to a metal piece from the box and have been comfortable ever since. 16 g is nice and small, which I like. I ordered a size too long, but I liked them so much that I order another size that I like better.
