Seller gets 5 stars for excellent customer response! The castle gets only one star for the following reasons. But that doesn't mean it's useless. a weak lock may be appropriate as stronger locks are expensive. I set the combo normally, shuffled it and closed my eyes, it opened up for me in 2 minutes. with closed eyes. Useful as a visual deterrent, but when hidden no need for bolt cutters. I will only use them in places where I don't want to remember the key. for example a fountain, a storage box that is clearly visible to others, a pipe gate, etc. You must use a combination to block it, it is not as safe as changing numbers before it is blocked. It's a little pricey for what could be classified as a powder coated riveted toy.
