Bought 2 packs. One works fine. . The bottom two dials are very difficult to turn. Shaft cannot be lowered to program new code. The lock cannot be locked or opened. I need a lock so can't wait to go back and get a new package. The manufacturer claims to have a one-year warranty. I'll try to deal with them.

But it can rotate another 90 degrees. I don't know what happens when you do that, whether it messes up the reprogramming or not. I don't want to find out or my lock will break. But maybe I should do it now while still getting it back if it breaks.
