Update: The company has contacted me to find out how they can improve my situation and the chair in the future. This chair just isn't for me, but it's nice to know that the company cares about their customers. Original Review: This chair is for beauty only unless you are a child or very small person. I should have known those positive reviews were optimistic. The rear is fine. The seat doesn't have a lot of padding, and the inner base has to be thin chipboard because it flexes and makes a crackling noise when you move it. To be honest it doesn't feel safe. I'm 1.80 m tall and the armrests are too low. The chair is narrow and my arms dig into my thighs. The headrest is also very low. Again, if you just want a chair to complement your office decor but don't really use it or you're small, that's fine. Otherwise look elsewhere.
