I like that we can change our content without having to go through an outside agency. It is easy for us to use it. We have been able to do more with less people! The only thing i dislike about them was when they were slow at responding sometimes but other than that everything has been great. They are very helpful and knowledgeable in what they do. This allows me to focus my attention elsewhere instead of wasting resources trying to find someone else who knows how to make changes or updates to our website/social media platforms. The most important thing is that it has helped me to manage my customer data by automating their email marketing campaigns (automated emails). It also helps in creating new automated workflows for our customers as well. I have been using this tool since many years now but not much improvement from its side so far except few minor enhancements here n there which can be easily resolved if they want too. We are solving problems like tracking leads/customers' activities in real-time with ease!
