It is very difficult for me to put anything in this very small hole that ends with very little toilet paper because I have difficulty using my hands. But once some of them have been hammered into the hole, they hold the TP in place pretty well. Can only be used to cleanse after urination. Not useful for the back (for me) as it doesn't hold much TP at all let alone the napkin I need. UPDATE: Since I also have trouble washing myself in the shower, I decided to give this pup a try by stuffing a wet and soapy rag into the unit and see if I can clean myself easily (I can not bend or curl at all). . VOILA! Off label but for those trying to find something to help them get clean in those very private and hard to reach places it really works. Still only 2 stars for intended use, but 4 stars because I can clearly now.
