I like that it allows you to see all of your tickets at once, giving me peace of mind knowing they are organized. It is also very user friendly for our clients who have no IT experience. The only thing I don't like about this software is its inability to keep track if someone has left an email open or not. Also sometimes we cannot use solvpath because there is too many people logged into one account with out permission from customer service. We solve problems such as ticketing management and organization, time tracking, invoicing etc.
