Review on 🧹 Rubbermaid Commercial Lobby Corn Broom, 12-Pack - Wood Handle, Brown (FG637300BRN) by Joshua Gulledge

Great alternative to toy brooms

Purchased to replace the Toysmith Corn Broom - http://www.amazon.com/Toysmith-2290-Corn-Broom-29/dp/B000Q382KG /ref=as_sl_pc_ss_til? tag=krissfacepage -20&linkCode=w01&linkId=XW3M4IEXXRMIPSIW&creativeASIN=B000Q382KG is intended as a Christmas present for my 18 month old baby. I'm posting this review because a lot of people are suggesting to buy a servant's broom as a kid's toy. The Toysmith broom was very cheap and had brittle plastic bristles. This broom is a "real" broom. I don't think this Rubbermaid broom is a good fit for my 18 month old son as it's a bit big for him. BUT, it's perfect for my 5 year old. I would say this broom would work as a toy/kids broom for children aged 3+. I'll keep it in the kitchen and also use it as a "real" broom when I need to clean up a bit of mess. The overall length of this broom is about 36 inches (I didn't measure). The toymaker's broom is 29 inches; the handle ends at the top of our dining table. I have attached a picture for sizing.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • No performance
