I had the same pair of lawns before I bought them again. They are very versatile. Can be used for training and sports. They offer a lot of foot and ankle support. They're not the most comfortable, but they have a nice flat structure that helps distribute stress evenly across the joints. I wish they would have lasted a little longer but for the price, a good bang for your buck!
