The calf rollers on the machine don't work even though the instructions were followed. As a side note, I even brought a 3 year protection plan! When I requested a refund from the seller (2 days before the 30 days were up) I received no response. That was over a week ago (6/19). Following the instructions on Revain, I filed a claim after 2 business days but the seller didn't respond. Revain then rejects my request because 30 days have expired when I submit it! Absolutely funny! Now I can't even contact the person for an apology. What's the point of convenience if you just screw it up. Revain is not the only online store. I'll take my monthly payments (Prime, Prime Video, Channels) and go elsewhere. I recommend you do the same. If they don't care, why should we?
