Review on Cherry 29-Inch Boraam Kyoto Bar Height Swivel Stool by Duane Rogers

I am extremely happy with our purchase of 4 barstools. They are well made, comfortable and sturdy. Would highly recommend them! They added a lot of beauty to our kitchen. Well, it's now a few days since I gave such a glowing review of these bar stools. We purchased them on December 19, 2021. It is now January 11, 2022 and three of them have already broken (one had a cracked leg, 2 of them have had a screw fall out of the bottom of them. We are not afraid to sit on the remaining one due to safety concerns. These stools have barely been sat on since we purchased them so they are obviously defective. Have applied for a refund and am waiting for information of how to proceed. So disappointed!
